Wedding Planning & Coordination 

on the Isle of Wight

We usually meet with you in the early stages of planning and then, depending on your requirements, we can leave you to it or be there for moral and emotional support every step of the way! 

As part of the standard on-the-day coordination service we offer 2 meetings before the wedding, provision of a highly detailed itinerary, and then full support for up to 10 hours on the day. This can be tailored and added to if needs be, but from our experience this is usually enough to ensure you don't need to worry about a thing. 

We also offer full staffing packages for assistance with catering, welcome drinks, room change-overs and general guest wrangling - we are no strangers to some of the more odd requests either, we'll leave that one with your imagination but do your worst, nothing surprises us any more! 

Don't forget the sassy survival kit including our little black book of contacts with us at every event - we will have pins, clips, tacks and tapes to be on hand for any last minute mishaps - there's nothing that a couple of paracetamol and a needle and thread can’t fix.
