FESTIVALS

If you want to serve alcohol at your event, you may need a Temporary Events Notice and a DSP ( Designated Premised Supervisor). For this, you need a personal license holder and that is where The Events Co can help. You'll need a responsible person to operate your Challenge policy and maintain the required records. We can come in and do just that or, if you wish, bring the bars, fridges and stock and run your bar for you. A number of packages are available so please contact us for more details.

So often forgotten until the last minute but so important to get right. Through our partnership with NDLE, we have the largest stock of dedicated event power equipment on the Isle of Wight and the most experienced electricians to operate it. So, whether it is a party in your back garden or fully fledged festival with stages and traders, your first call should be to The Events Co so we can give you a detailed quote for anything from the generator to the plug sockets and festoon lighting. 

This will be one of the larger costs you'll have to deal with so its important to get right. For the small to medium sized events, we can help you from our in-house equipment and services but for anything larger we will engage the services of our friends at Widget Productions. Widget is the South's premier stage, sound & lighting company and have extensive experience running medium to large scale festivals. 

Our Bangers & Mash Box is equally at home at a festival as it is at a private event or wedding. 

If you appreciate honest, wholesome food being served at your festival, give us a call. We also carry a proper coffee machine making fresh cappuccino, latte and Americano. All our food is prepared and cooked freshly to order and we only use compostable and recyclable packaging and trays.
