Festival Style Wedding

We cut our teeth on festivals back in the day. We've been part of festivals for many years and have been involved in all aspects from curating to artist liaison, catering to ticket sales, food outlets to mobile bars.

So when we are faced with an empty field, miles away from civilisation, or maybe a sizeable back garden, we are in our element!

From Wednesday (for a weekend wedding) we'll bring in our power & distro team who will site a generator and full power infrastructure while the tent builders start on the marquee.

Depending on the access, we may have to bring our mobile kitchens, fridge trailers and luxury toilet block before the marquee goes up otherwise, these will start arriving on the Thursday. Our chefs will most likely start doing some prep on the Friday and this will also be the day that the event staff put the finishing touches on the marquee interior.

On the day of the main event, it is all hands on deck to ensure you have the most unforgettable day of your life and if you have chosen our Coordinator service, you simply have nothing to worry about as we will take care of everything
